I find our Konica's easier to set up to scan to ftp. Actually all our networked printers are set up that way. Our file server has Filezilla server set up on it and every department has their own folder with each user as a subfolder. I think it work quite well.

Just seen this post, if anybody still needs help:

a bit tricky, after being used to other models, it took me a while to find it...

(in little print)

"Speed Dial number of 221 - 250 are FTP and SMB destinations"

So once you're in Speed Dial Entry:  221 - 250 (pick one) you will have an option for FTP / SMB (Network Share)

1. Destination name: ===type only==SMB
   

1. enter destination address:   \\mydomain.com\data  ==type only===192.168.1.18

1. directory:    \scans\user1  ===type only==\scan18
2. ....
   

if it's going on a secured share, on the bottom you will find

"private site" enter

username ==type only ==GIORGOS

/pass  ===type only ===a 

/confirm pass ===type only ===a

Speed dial destination numbers 221 to 250 are reserved for registering FTP addresses and SMB address, via the web interface.

 orry guys all set on this, should have mentioned we've setup all the scan folders.

hi dear 

i just do re setup of konika minolta bizhub 250 on the network. printing is working fine but i am getting problem in scaning .

i can see the diffrent name folder in the main  scan folder . but when i scan anything i am not able to get in the folder .i also change the network setting .

before the main scan folder was also mapped in all computer.

can any one help me out
