check the printers network settings to see if they correspond to your network
can you right click and set it to online?
like peter said check the network setting and we will go from there,
utility(Hard key)- 3)Administrator settings- (passwords is : 12345678) 5)network settings 1)TCP/IP settings
Side note: make sure you have the correct drivers here is a link if your unsure
Your printer driver does need to have its port set to the same IP address as the Bizhub as well in addition to the TCP/IP settings listed by peter and Morpk.
You might need to reset the login and password to be able to print to that printer, especially if the previous SysAdmin had set up the BizHub to require a login and password to print.
After a bit of googling when I had to deal with a client's BizHub C253, I discovered that the default BizHub password on the admin console (http://biz.hub.ip.address) is "12345678" (egad, go figure, other WTF exclamations).
