  • ο δισκος  μπορει να χαλασει σε 10 μερες!!! απο την εκατασταση.... εχει γινει σε 4500
  • βαζεις ΜΟΝΟ καινουργιο δισκο!
  • μου εχει τυχει σε και σε 8000  ...αλλαξα + οκ

I have a machine that when you power up the machine says PLEASE WAIT

and just sits there. It does not give a  SC code. I cannot get in to SP,

I tried to do a reset to no avail. I have also swapped the control board. I hate tech induced problems

Try replacing the HDD.

I have used simple hdd from local computer store.

If possible use the same manufacturers HDD.

I have replaced 2 HDD -s so far without any problems.

I agree with Nemo, a standard HDD purchased from a computer store will work, but if you have one from another machine that's even better.

the machine stops copying during a copycycle and on the toutchscreen says the machine copying. Even there is paper jammed in the machine there is no message

that there is a paper jam in the machine and the customer can't not use the operation panel functions. The only solution for the custumer is set the machine off/on then he

can see on the display the paper jams and remove the paper. I have don already a format HHD and replace the controller board and upgrade the firmware and that was not the solution.

I'am sorry you  missunderstood me, that machine sold by me , then , when I
was dealer of ricoh Gr, as you can find from the S/n. That email send FOR
ricoh not against you. At first I asked help from a current dealer  of them.
Now Iam dealer for  NRG .  After 10  !  days they responce that can't send
the flash card etc!!!. Then I asked help from Gestetner GR , they try to
help me and odrdered for me the fl* card, but it still is not arrived. I
trust Gest to solve that. But the reallity is the problem with the customer
, He wants to work the machine !. ( The mach* started 25 days before ,with
black copies, after , Copying, Now loading, sc 819  Loading and we off / on
and may be gets Ready ).  I thank you for your help, any help acceptable..

If you want to Know who I am, you can find that easily.

I am 20 years active techician in copiers, Ricoh Gr dealer for 2002 , 2003 , ( 2-3 ONLY years dealer ), and AT 2003 first Dealer in Greece. I sold in   a dead-market  for ricoh (East Crete ), many many machines from the no-where . NOW I'am not author* dealer of ricoh. But the customer payed the money for ricoh company. Today the customer needs HELP.  I trust YOU to solve that. But the reallity, is the problem with the customer , He wants to work the machine !. ( History : The mach* started 25 days before ,with black copies, after , Copying, Now loading, sc 819  Loading and we off / on and may be gets Ready ). After many days, that I asked help from an author* dealer in GR, they talk to me , not send flash card and update firmware. Also today customer,  by himself ,called them to ask the solution. Why ? , we dont payed the machines ? (this is not the first time , also troubles with 1224, 2018, 1027 etc. that you don't Know yet. ).

I do not know who you are and I do not believe we sold this machine to you.
In the first instance please contact your local distributor for support.
Alternativly calls should be raised on the call ticketing system as
advertised on the NRGI Extranet.
