  • connector trailing cables out, or wrong connection J1, J2

  • PH's out of position or faulty
  •  *after repair set belt.., difficult to move . interconnect cable wires ....shorted by screws??... please check the cable setting

  •  broken cup pieces in service station, difficult to move

Our HP plotter developed the following fault code error below:-

System error 21:10

Severe error
0X3010002
task: tMech
File: sequence.c
Line: 758

This refers to the  service station area.

After inspecting this area it came very clear that the error was being caused

by the service station pad that had been damaged and was now missing (as attached picture)

I would recommend the following UK based company called SVP Services Ltd who cover the North of England. This company specialise in HP plotter printers and can supply and install refurbished or new parts.

Also miles cheaper than stationary companies cheap for print heads and ink cartridges!
