Does anyone know what System Error 010033 0070B1C means (other than it's time to get a new plotter)? I've turned it off and on, and tried unplugging it, but the system error doesn't clear.
this error means
your trailing cable or main electronics board is bad - most likely the board. I repair these boards, but when I get this error, I have not been able to fix it. Either new plotter or find a replacement board.
