I'm pretty sure it's the ink tubes. I've seen several ink tubes leak in this area.

Ok, I'll have that changed - is it possible to change it myself?

I find it amazing how it is always magenta that leaks at the back of the plotter by the ink tanks and cyan which always leaks from the connection to the carriage assembly. You can change it yourself. You will need the service manual since the instructions that come with the assembly are really not that good and you have to prime the tubes once you install the new tube assembly. You will need torx10 and torx15 bits. The link below is where you can download the service manual for free:

Thanks for the advice, in a few days I´ll see if the problem was solved with new tube system.
I had the tubesystem changed and everything works fine now!
It`s possible that the age of the cartridges is resposible for the massive leakage in the area of the cartridges? thats what my technical support says after his control and change the belt, now i have the new problem.
