SC 322 error Optics
The Ricoh copier error code SC322 or 322 is a laser synchronization problem.
This error code can mean:
Bad Laser Diode Board
Bad IPU Board
Bad Controller Board
Bad Detector Board
Check the wires between I/F and Detector.
....check flywheel if contacts with LSd harness near the IPU(οπου συνδεω το ADF..scanner...)
After the polygon motor reaches standard rotation speed and the LD unit fires for 400 ms, the laser synchronization detector does not get a signal.
• wires between detector and I/F disconnected or bad
• Detector is installed incorrectly
• Laser Synchro Detector board is bad
• IPU board bad
To reset this error try the code:
"Clear Mode"+107+"Clear/Stop" hold for 5s.
Turn ON and OFF the Main Switch.
check door switches....

εχω σε ενα πελατη, μισες απο τις ** μηχανες τον κωδικο 322 μερικες φορες ...
συνηθως στο ανοιγμα μονο πριν το REady σβηνεις ανοιγεις και δουλευει κανονικα...
σε αυτες δεν εχω καθαρισει πιστολι LDB, πολυγονο POLYGON, και σενσορα LSD(δεξια)
- στην 6η μηχανη ειχα το προβλημα που σου εστειλα οπως και εδω με το ατονο στο μεσον
- σηκωσα λοιπον ολο το scanner unit και καθαρισα τα κατοπτρα και τον τελευταιο καθρεπτη και το LSD
- μετα αμεσως μου εδωσε το 322, αλλα δινει REady και μετα απο το σταρτ τραβαει εως το Β2 το χαρτι και δινει 322
- αλλαξα πιστολι +πολυγονο +σενσορα, και ρυθμιση στα στοιχεια του νεου πιστολιου.....
- ελεγξα ολα τα καλωδια κλπ....σηκωσα ξανα το σκανερ μηπως επιασα'' καλωδιο στο σασι....
- νομιζω τα ελεγξα ολα φυσες πινάκια στις φυσες....κλπ
- ελεγξα λιγο ....τους διακοπτες πορτας...(θα τους αλλαξω...) αλλα λεω οτι το εκανε αμεσως μετα τον καθαρισμο
- σημαινει οτι κατι εγινε την ωρα της επεμβασης..............κατι λαθος
και αλλα εδω...
συγνωμη αν σε ζαλισα.....
- αλλαξα η και βραχυκυκλωσα τους Door switch (3) αλλα το ιδιο...322
- ελεγξα και το flywheel δεν ακουμπαει σε τυχον καλωδια..το ιδιο ...322
....
